Mahabharat Actor Firoz Khan Calls Jaya Bachchan ‘Natgulli’ After Her Angry Outburst In Rajya Sabha

Jaya Bachchan’s angry outburst in the parliament garnered quite a strong response from the general public. Majority of people weren’t happy with the actress-turned-politician’s tone, while addressing the chair – alleging that the opposition being heard.

Her outburst occurred shortly after her daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was summoned by the ED for interrogation pertaining to her alleged involvement in the Panama Papers controversy.



Soon, after Jaya’s video of her anger-fueled speech went viral on social media, several responses poured-in and one such response was from former Mahabharata actor, Firoz Khan.

Firoz, who famously played ‘Arjuna’ in the classic 1980’s serial, took to his twitter handle to call-out Jaya, over her remarks stating that she had “ruined that respect” that was earned by her husband, actor Amitabh Bachchan over the course of 50 years.

He also went on to call her ‘natgulli’, making a problematic remark on her appearance pertaining to her height.

Written in Hindi, his Tweet translated to:



“The respect that Amitabh Bachchan had built in the last 50 years
His “Natgulli” wife ruined that respect”
