India Wins Mrs. World 2022: Meet The Beautiful Sargam Koushal Who Brought Home The Crown After 21 Years

Just this past year Harnaaz Sandhu had brought home the Miss Universe crown after a gap of nearly 22 years, and now we have another beauty queen who’s done in the Mrs. World pageant.

Sargam Koushal has been crowned Mrs. World 2022, bringing India the crown after a gap of 21 years.



Sargam hails from Jammu and Kashmir and has also worked as a teacher in Andhra Pradesh. While her husband works in the Indian Navy. Sargam also holds a post graduate degree in English literature.

Sharing the news, the beauty proudly shared on social media:

“We’ve got the crown back after 21-22 years. I’m so excited. Love you India, love you world.”



The last winner of the crown from India was in 2001 with Dr Aditi Govitrikar, who was the first Indian woman to bring it home.
