Shah Rukh Khan’s personal life has gone through quite a number of up’s and down’s in the past one year or so. But in spite it all, the actor is geared-up to make a mega return to the big-screen with his upcoming venture – Pathaan.
Recently the superstar was attending an event in Sharjah, where he candidly spoke about his family and his late parents.
One of the questions he was asked by a member of the press was about how his parents would have reacted to all the love and success he has received over the years.
SRK humbly responded to the same stating, that his mother would have been primarily concerned about his weight and his health. He also went on to say that his parents would also be proud of the way him and wife Gauri have raised their three kids – Aaryan, Suhana and AbRam.
Speaking candidly on the subject, the star stated:
“But, I think my father and mother both will be very proud of our one achievement. I hope I can call it an achievement. It think it is something we have to do and we have to live by. I think they will be proud of the way we (Gauri and I) have been able to bring up our three children. I think they will be very happy.”
It is rare to see Shah Rukh being so candid and open about his family and personal life.
On the profession front, Shah Rukh and his fans have number of projects to look forward to.
Aside from Pathaan, the trailer for which has already been released, the actor is also readying Atlee’s ‘Jawan’ and Rajkumar Hirani’s ‘Dunki’, as two of the major projects set to see the light in the coming years.
