Krishnakumar Kunnath AKA KK’s sudden demise has left the entire nation in shock. The 53 year old singer passed away after a live performance in Kolkata. The singer reached the hotel after his performance and had reportedly collapsed there.

Shreya Ghoshal took to twitter and expressed her grief – “I am unable to wrap my head around this news. Numb. #KK Why! This is too hard to accept! Heart is shattered in pieces.”
Bigg Boss contestant and singer Rahul Vaidya wrote – “I hear singer KK just passed away. GOD what is really happening!!?? I mean WHAT IS HAPPENING. One of the nicest humans kk sir was. Gone too soon at 53. Beyond shocked. RIP sir.” He furter said that KK never smoked or consumed alcohol in his life and was a family man who always stayed away from controversies.
Veteran singer Sonu Nigam also reacted by sharing a picture of KK with the captions “KK, mere bhai, not done.”
Shaan called KK a kid who refused to grow up, he wrote “Life breaks you little by little .. and once in a while.. it destroys you .. KK will always remain that Eternal Boy, who refused to grow up.. he stayed unadulterated uncorrupted.. How he did it through all these years .. kept it Simple and Straight from the Heart!!”
