In a shocking turn of events, actor Kartik Aryan has been fired from his much anticipated forthcoming project – Dostana 2.
It is being reported that the actor had already shot for half of his work in the film, but due to an alleged unprofessional behaviour from the actor’s end, the makers have decided to replace him with another actor.
The announcement of his replacement was even made public by Dharma Productions also, who did not detail on the actual circumstances that led to it:

While fans of the actor were aghast by the Karan Johar-led production house’s decision to recast him at this stage of the filming, he also garnered support from Bollywood rebel – Kangana Ranaut.
Upon hearing the news, the actress took to her social media, to extend her support to Aryan.
Here’s what she stated:
“Kartik has come this far on his own, on his own he will continue to do so, only request to papa jo and his nepo gang club is please leave him alone like Shushant don’t go after him and force him to hang himself. Leave him alone you vultures, get lost chindi nepos…”
She further added:
“Kartik no need to be scared of these chillars…. after doing nasty articles and releasing announcements blaming only your attitude for fall out this moron wants to maintain a dignified silence. They spread the same stories of drug addiction and unprofessional behavior for SSR also”
