‘Sasti [cheap] Copy of Kangana Ranaut’ – was a remark made by Kangana Ranaut and her sister Rangoli Chandel, as jibe against ‘Badla’ actress Taapsee Pannu.
The rift between the two actresses has constantly been getting wider, so it was only inevitable there was going to be a war-of-words again as Pannu was recently faced with a surprise IT raid from the Income Tax department.
Taapsee, along with filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, were accused of tax evasion worth hundreds of crores in connection with his now-closed production house – Phantom Pictures.
Breaking her silence for the first time since this became a national news and an alleged fraud of approx Rs. 400 crores was accused, Taapse referred to the old ‘sasti copy’ remark by Kangana on her Twitter handle.
3. My memory of 2013 raid that happened with me according to our honourable finance minister 🙏🏼
P.S- “not so sasti” anymore 💁🏻♀️

And that obviously did not go unnoticed by Kangana, who insisted that remains a ‘sasti copy’, calling her ‘sab rapists ka feminist’ and asking her prove her innocence in court.
Here’s what she stated:
You will always remain sasti because you are sab rapists ka feminist… your ring master Kashyap was raided in 2013 as well for tax chori… government official’s report is out if you aren’t guilty go to court against them come clean on this … come on sasti 👍

This is what you call ‘sasti argument’ of ‘mehengi actresses.’
