Netizens Slam BMC’s Move Of Demolishing Kangana Ranaut’s Office, Call It ‘Barbaric’ and ‘Abuse Of Power’

Kangana Ranaut’s 58-crore property in Mumbai – her first office as a producer, was her dream as a filmmaker, which came to fruition a few months ago, when she inaugurated Manikarnika films.

The actress has now been faced with the fate of seeing it being torn down by the Bombay Municipal Corporation, over an alleged illicit construction in the premises.

This happened, while the actress was quarantining at her home-town in Himachal Pradesh and was given a 24 hour notice over the same.

BMC delegates approached her office in Mumbai earlier today and demolished significant portions of it, angering people online for their sudden action without much buffer given to the star.

People are now questioning if the act by BMC was a way to retaliate what Kangana had earlier said about the Mumbai police, Shiv Sena and Sanjay Raut – who engaged in a war of words with the actress, over her allegations against Bollywood and her statements in relation to the ongoing Sushant Singh Rajput case.

Netizens have deemed the act by BMC ‘barbaric’ and here’s how some of them have reacted online:

People are now wondering if this was an ‘act of revenge’ by the powers that be, against Kangana.
