Kangana Ranaut Alleges BMC Might Be Trying To Demolish Her 48-Crore Office in Mumbai

As Kangana Ranaut prepares to fly back to Mumbai, after having received Y-plus security from the home ministry of India – the actress has also expressed her concerns over her lavish office which resides in the very city.

In a series of Tweets, the ‘Queen’ actress stated that her office for Manikarnika Films – which was inaugurated a few months prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, has been ‘forcefully’ taken over by BMC officials, who are measuring and taking note of everything, threatening to take it down.

The National Award winning actress has expressed her fear that the officials might be planning to take the building down, as a direct result of her speaking out against the Maharashtra government.

Tweeting a video alleged to be from her office in Mumbai, the actress said:

“They have forcefully taken over my office measuring everything, also harassing my neighbors when they retorted
@mybmc officials used language like ,” वो जो मैडम है उसकी करतूत का परिणाम सबको भरना होगा” I am informed tomorrow they are demolishing my property”

She also shared how it was her dream to have her own office in Mumbai, after 15 years of hard work in the industry – which the officials might be warding off from her.

Here’s another Tweet from her:

We have all felt proud of Kangana – building an empire for herself, as a firm-headed outsider and an independent woman. It would be heartbreaking to see any such damage to years of hardwork.

Let us hope things calm down soon and people from both ends are able to reconcile their differences.
