In the midst of all the drama that is going on revolving around the several controversies that seem to have taken over the Hindi film industry at the moment, Shekhar Kapoor is reminding everyone of the talent that has been displayed by Kangana Ranaut in the past, that made her catapult to the stardom she has today.
Kangana – who seems to be front and centre in all debates revolving around Sushant Singh Rajput and his death and has been very vocal about the way his colleagues and industry peers allegedly treated him, prior to his untimely demise – is also a three time National Award winning actress – something that’s often looked-over by the headlines, her eccentric public statements tend to make.
Going back to sing praises of her performances in the past, Shekhar Kapoor first spoke highly of the actress’ transformation in the movie ‘Fashion’ and called it ‘genius acting’:

He further spoke of her performance in Queen – her second National Award winning act:
“At the heart of everything thats going on, is your undeniable power as an actor. I cant forget that scene in Queen where you tried to dance with Cab driver in Paris. It was innocent funny, yes. But you brought in the beginnings of transformation of the character so beautifully”
Kangana Ranaut’s ascend to stardom was all due to her on-screen talent and acting prowess. And while the recent controversies involving the actress may somewhat overshadow that, her work speaks for itself.
