Sri Devi’s loss was truly one of the biggest losses to the Hindi film industry in the last decade.
The iconic actress was enjoying a successful stint in her second innings as an actress after making a rather-welcomed comeback with films like English Vinglish and Mom, when her sudden demise in 2018 stunned her fans and well-wishers.
Remembering his late wife with great fondness, producer Boney Kapoor – who was husband to the legendary actress for 26 years, recently remembered her by sharing an old photo.
Boney, 67, took to his social media to share a picture from himself with Sri clicked back in the 90’s, which he captioned with – “It was just happiness , lot of happiness . .”
The picture sees them candidly smiling at each other in the midst of an interaction, with a big poster of Coca Cola behind them.
As great a void Sri Devi left with her sudden demise, it can’t equate with the tragedy faced by those closed to her in her real life.
The ‘Hawa Hawaii’ star will always be missed.
