Cab Driver And Passenger Interact In Perfect Sanskrit, Talking About Everyday Life: Video Goes Viral

India’s boasts of the oldest language in the world – Sanskrit. Yet it is a language that is dimming down persistently, as it is not heard anywhere – except in Hindu puja rituals and holy texts and mantras.

Even though the language is taught as a literary subject in some primary schools, but it still remains largely unused due to it’s ancient nature and lack of the number of people speaking it.



Recently, defying that very convention, a cab drive and his passenger went viral through a video – as they were heard interacting in perfect Sanskrit with each other during a ride.

The video is said to be from Bengaluru, in which the Cab driver took everyone by surprise with his flawless Sanskrit speaking skills, even conveying the everyday modern things pertaining to his life and job.

The love for languages and literature truly brings people together, and with it’s the oldest language in the world – sprouting from your own country, it also carries with it a sense of pride.
