Shilpa Rao, the singer who has lent her vocals to the recently released controversial song ‘Besharam Song’ recently became a subject of trolling.
The singer was at a public event when she was asked to hum a few lines of the song, which is when she forgot the song’s starting part and puzzled-up. It was then she leaned forward towards the media to ask, ‘Pehli line kya hai yaar?’, asking them about the first line of the song.
The silence became embarrassingly long, as she continued to seek help in search of the first-line of the song, but eventually pounced back and started singing it.
The video has gone viral and the singer has been trolled for forgetting her own song.

The controversy surrounding the song hasn’t died down yet, as a certain section of music listeners have accused it of hurting religious sentiments by an alleged underlying message.
Meanwhile the Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone starrer film is scheduled for a release on – 25 January 2023.
