Kapil Sharma’s Heartfelt Note For Fellow Comedian Raju Srivastava Will Make You Emotional

Tributes have been pouring in since the passing of veteran comedian Raju Srivasta. The 58 year old breathed his last on Wednesday. Raju Suffered a heart attack while working out at the gym on August 10th.

He had been admitted at Delhi’s AIIMS hospital since 42 days and was even declared brain dead once as confirmed by fellow comedian Sunil Pal. But recently as confirmed by Raju’s close ones Raju showed a glimpse of improvement in his health as he started responding slightly but sadly life had different plans.



Fellow comedian Kapil Sharma who also got fame from the same show, The Great India Laughter challenge, wrote a heartfelt note for the late comic artist. Kapil took to his Instagram handle to write a heart touching emotional note for Raju, he shared a picture with the 58 year old from his show, The Kapil Sharma Show.

Kapil wrote, “You have made me cry for the first time Raju bhai, I wish if could meet you for one last time. May God bless you. You will be remembered a lot. Goodbye, Om shanti.” He wrote in Hindi



Born in a middle class family in Uttar Pradesh, Raju Srivastva rose to fame with his participation in the comic reality show, The Great Indian Laughter challenge.

Raju has also worked in a number of Bollywood films such as, Aamdani Atthani Kharcha Rupaiya, Maine Pyar Kiya, Baazigar and Bombay to Goa.
