We often hear about how despite the hardships of people from different backgrounds, their zeal and drive to complete their education does not go away.
For those who us, who were blessed to have it all without fighting for it, it does seem inspiring to see young pupil fighting their way through their youth, to finish their education, despite all the aversities.
Recently a food vlogger, shared a video of a girl from Punjab’s Mohali – who supports her education and provides the financial means to complete it, by running a road-style food stall.
The girl named Poonam was interviewed in the viral video – which has since garnered millions of views, and she revealed how she first started working at a dentist to support her education financially, but later resorted to selling Pani puri in her own stall to accommodate more time for her studies, which she wasn’t able to do in her job.
As you’d expect, internet was left impressed and inspired upon hearing Poonam’s story and her steady determination to complete her education, despite the odds.
