Comedian Raju Srivastava was rushed to AIIMS earlier this week, after he suffered a heart attack while working out at a gym.
The 58 year old star-comedian was taken to the emergency of the hospital and an angioplasty was performed on him to treat the blockage that caused the attack in the first place.
It is being reported that the father of two has also suffered serious brain damage following the attack and the operation, and is continually on ventilator.
The star’s condition remains very fragile, according to doctors, as he is still on ventilator support, in the Cardiology and Emergency department of AIIMS, Delhi.
It was earlier reported that Raju suffered the attack while working out at the treadmill, following which he was rushed to the hospital and had to be revived with the help of CPR.
