Sidhu Moose Wala’s death has turned out to be one of the most shocking ones in recent years – especially because of the manner in which it took place.
The famous rapper and singer, who was merely 28 years old, was shot dead by assault weapons a few meters outside his home in Punjab, while he was in his car.
Tributes have flown from all quarters, including his well-wishers from the international music scene – who were influenced by his music and hit songs.
Now, Sidhu has been given a heartfelt tribute at New York’s Times Square, where a video montage of him was seen getting played – as hundreds of fans watched from the street and got emotional.
Several Billboards on the iconic square were seen playing his music videos, as passersby stopped to take a look.

Investigations pertaining to Moose Wala’s death are currently ongoing and Santosh Jadhava – who is member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, has been detained as a suspect by the police so far.
