Ranbir-Alia’s pregnancy news has truly broken the internet, the actress announced her pregnancy through an adorable Instagram post, in which the couple can be seen in a hospital sharing some smiles during the ultrasound procedure. She captioned her post “Our baby ….. coming soon.”
Wishing have been pouring in since the announcement, and one such special wish was from Alai’s father filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt who has been over the moon since hearing the news.
While speaking with Hindustan Times Mahesh Bhatt expressed his excitement, and the role of the grandfather as the most challenging one yet, “Ah, my baby is going to have a baby! I am so happy for Ranbir and Alia. May our ‘tribe’ increase.” He said.
“This is the most challenging role, which life is asking me to play, which is the role of a grandfather…It is a magical moment for the whole family.”
He added:
“First of all, Alia has been a magical child since the beginning. She has amazed me with her extraordinary talent, which has displayed to herself and the world, and then the marriage with Ranbir, was a great, high moment, and I love the boy. He is an amazing kid.”
Ranbir and Alia tied the knot on 14th April 2022 and are also gearing up for their much awaited release ‘Brahmastra’
