Auto Driver’s Son Becomes The Youngest IAS Officer Of India At Age 21 – An Inspiring Story!

Beating all adversities and shortcomings, a 21 year old youngster from Marathwada region of Maharashtra has become India’s youngest IAS officer.

Ansar Shaikh has earned himself the reputed title, despite coming from a humble background as his father, Yonus Sheikh Ahmad works as an autorickshaw driver.



Not only that, it is also reported that Ansar’s father suffered from alcohol addiction, while his mother – who was second of the three women Yonus married, works on farmland.

The struggles of the family did not end there, as Ansar’s younger brother quit schooling at the age of 15, to work at a garage and support his family, while also helping Ansar to prepare for the IAS exam.



Finally at the age of 21, with his hard work and determination, Ansar made history by becoming the youngest IAS officer of the country, securing a position in the All India Rank and clearing the UPSC Exam with great numbers.

It is stories like these, that make all of us believe that no matter how hard times get, with strong will and determination anything in the world can be achieved.
