The celebrated and iconic singer died at age 92, on Sunday 06 February 2022, following a month-long battle with multiple health related complications.
As multiple celebrities and prominent figures from various sectors pour-in their emotions through immediate reactions, India’s cricket team is not behind, in paying their respects to the iconic musical figure.
Right before commencing their match on Sunday afternoon, Team India was seen observing a minute silence to pay their homage to the nightingale of India.
