Soon after the completion of Bigg Boss season 15’s shooting, Rakhi Sawant and her husband Ritesh parted ways.
An emotional Sawant was recently spotted outside her gym, breaking-down in front of the shutterbugs who came to click her at her usual spot.
Now, her estranged husband Ritesh has also come forth and clarified that he did not want or need any publicity or money from either his marriage with Rakhi or his affiliation with the show.
Appearing live through his social media in an interaction with fans, who were apparently accusing him of seeking 15-minutes-of-fame out of the whole episode and the short-lived marriage, Ritesh clarified that he has no interest in making a film career and does not need fame, and hence the accusations are false.
He also stated that whatever money he earned from the show, he’s already donated. “This much money I leave behind in tips” – he was heard saying in the video.

Rakhi had introduced Ritesh as her husband, to the world, during the recently aired season of Bigg Boss and the two soon became a talking-topic, as several people also accused them of faking the relationship.
After a handful of public sightings together, soon after the show ended, the couple parted ways.
Would be interesting to see if the two mend ways, or if it is never meant to be…
