It was tears-galore in the recent showing of Bigg Boss, as actresses Shamita Shetty and her sister Shilpa, got to talking.
Shamita, who’s a competitive contestant in the latest season of the television reality show, has apparently been away from her family for months – as she was also a part of the Bigg Boss OTT show, before this – and this separation has not been easy for the Shetty sisters.
In inseparable duo, were seen sobbing their eyes out – as they got the opportunity to speak with each other on video call to celebrate New Year.
Shamita, who’s still in the house broke down as soon as she saw her elder sister on the screen, and Shilpa – couldn’t contain her emotions either.
Shilpa explained their emotional outburst – “It has never happened in our lives that Shamita and I have stayed so far apart for so long. I haven’t seen her in six months.”
“For me, Shamita is already a winner. I am so proud that I am Shamita Shetty’s sister,” she is also seen saying in the video, for the upcoming Weekend Ka Vaar episode, featuring show’s host – Salman Khan.
Truly the two B-town sisters share a special, close bond with each other!
