It was the second birthday of Ekta Kapoor’s adorable son Ravie, and he got a special birthday wish from his ‘Masi’ – Smriti Irani.
Smriti and Ekta are apparently very close friends as the two had also shared a very long professional bond, while Smriti worked as one of the most renowned actresses of television, before she joined politics – and their bond still remains strong after all these years.
The two apparently are as close as sisters, which is why Smriti addresses herself as the ‘Masi’ (aunt) of Ekta’s son, as she showed in her recent birthday wish for the 2 year old.
In a heartwarming post, which also exemplified her closeness with the Kapoor family, Smriti wrote:
“It’s my baby’s birthday.. Ravie… you are such a blessing to your Mom & the entire family .. loving , vivacious and kind .. May God always bless you with good health & happiness… your Maasi misses you so so much…happy birthday”
She accompanied the message with a super-sweet video montage:
Ekta also responded to the beautiful video message, with the comment – “best massi (aunt) ever”.
Later Ekta also shared the same video on her own Instagram handle, thanking Smriti for her heartfelt wishes:
“Thank you so much for the wishes @smritiiraniofficial masi… we are so thankful to have you in our lives !!! You are the best masi ever !!!”
Such a precious bond they share with each other!
