Kangana Ranaut Said Pics of ‘Floating Bodies’ Are From Nigeria, People Are Now Calling UP as ‘Nigeria’

Devastating images continue to shake our system to it’s very chore, as the second wave of Coronavirus has taken a toll in our country.

Several images and videos of first-person accounts of those in the front-line showcases how the healthcare system is faltering and the number of deaths has increased so exponentially that even the cremation grounds are in need of asking the families of deceased to wait outside in queues.

In the midst of it all, a few viral images of dead bodies of deceased patients floating in the river shook the up nation – as people questioned if it was because of lack of proper facilities that the mortal remains of people had to be discarded in such a way.

To this, actress Kangana Ranaut took to her social media to allege that some of the pictures being shared online are in fact from Nigeria, and her statement instantly became a butt of jokes on internet.

The actress has lately been known for supporting each and every stance of the ruling BJP government in the center, but this was called a ‘reach’ by even those who have supported her in the past.

Taking a dig at the actress, Twitter – a platform from which the actress has now been banned, started calling Uttar Pradesh as ‘Nigeria’, to joke how changing names does not quite change the reality that people are living in.
