Rakhi Sawant has had alot to say and show after her exit from the Bigg Boss house.
The reality TV star, who was quite an ‘audience-favourite’ in the show’s latest season – which was eventually won by TV actress Rubina Dilnaik, has now claimed that a biopic on her life might just be in the works.
Sawant has stated that none other than Javed Akhtar has shown interest in penning down her life-saga, which would include her days of initial struggle to her rise to mainstream popularity through reality television.
In a recent interview with India TV, Sawant – whose real name is Neeru Bheda, has claimed that Akhtar had called her before she went to the Bigg Boss house – asking to meet him to discuss the possibility of a biopic on her life.
Now it is Rakhi Sawant, so of coarse everything has to be taken with a pinch of salt – but the 42 year old insists, that if a film on her life is made, her first choice for the same would be – Alia Bhatt.
She also named a few of her other favourites like – Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepika Padukone – apart from herself, who could essay her role on celluloid.
Interestingly, Javed Akhtar has also responded to Rakhi’s revelation, and has stated that it isn’t entirely ‘untrue.’
“No, she is right. I think some four or five years back we were on the same flight and she told me about her childhood and I did tell her that someday I would like to write a script based on her life,” he was quoted telling SpotboyE.
