Kangana Ranaut has resumed the shooting for her much-awaited biopic on Jayalalitha, entitled – Thalaivi. And thus the frequency of her Tweets has also lessened as compared to what we saw these past couple of weeks.
The ‘busy’ actress tweeted a picture she apparently received from her home in Himachal Pradesh’s Manali, where her family resides with her – which showed her mother cooking some ‘makka rotis’ in a chulha, all by herself.
Kangana, who’s presently out of her hometown, to shoot the A. L. Vijay directed big-budget biopic, shared the picture, giving us a peak into how things are made at her home.
“In the midst of filming Thalaivi just received a delightful picture of mother making season’s first makki ki roti, she has a separate little chulha for authentic smokey taste of chulha rotis from home grown makki,” she Tweeted.

The multilingual film, Thalaivi, was partially delayed due to the ongoing covid-19 pandemic, but with things opening-up now, we might finally get to see it soon.
