In a heartwarming incident of heroism, a Gujarat cop has won nationwide praise by going out of his way to save a baby from being drowned in floods.
As you might know, the state is presently suffering from severe flood conditions – which seem to have taken over some prominent places, endangering lives.
Amidst all of this, a video showing devoted cop Govind Chavda carrying a 45 day old baby in a tub over his head – trying to escort her to safety in nearly 4 to 5 feet of water, has won our collective hearts.
Shared by an IPS officer, the video has gone viral and garnered enough praises for Chavda for his humanitarian effort.
