First Picture Of Irrfan Khan From ‘Angrezi Medium’ Sets, After Recovery From Cancer

Irrfan Khan is back on the scene after his prolonged hiatus from the world of movie-making following his cancer-diagnosis last year.

The multiple award winning actor has started work for ‘Angrezi Medium’ – which happens to be the sequel of his 2017 released critical and commercial success – ‘Hindi Medium’, and we have the first pictures from the set.

Happily posing for the shutterbugs during the ‘mahurat’ of the flick, Irrfan seemed to be dressed as per his character to commence the first shoot.

After putting up a brave fight against the disease and having sought treatment and full recovery in the UK, before venturing into the world of movies again, Khan was all smiles as he was greeted with much warmth by his fellow actors and admirers on the sets.

‘Angrezi Medium’ is being directed by Homi Adajania, and there are also talks about Kareena Kapoor being roped-in to play Khan’s wife, with the entire movie is planned to be shot in various locations of Udaipur and London.

So great to see him back healthy spirits!
