One of the wildest and most uncalled-for (or may be not) reactions that had immediately circulated, after Tanushree Dutta’s allegations against Nana Patekar – was that of controversy queen, Rakhi Sawant’s.
Soon after Tanushree alleged Nana of sexually harassing her on the set of ‘Horn Ok Please’, in an incident dating back more than 10 years, Rakhi Sawant – who happens to be a supporter of Patekar, held a press conference wherein she made a number of outrageous claims against Tanushree.
From calling her a ‘liar’ to a ‘drug addict’, Rakhi even claimed that Tanushree was found in an unconscious state from an overdose of drugs, when she had arrived on the set as her replacement for the said film. Of coarse, Sawant claimed it all with her ‘trademark’ choice of words.
Tanushree, who has gone ahead and filed an official complaint against Patekar, has now also responded to Rakhi’s viral interview by slamming a 10 crore-worth notice on her face.
“We have filed a criminal and civil defamation case against Rakhi Sawant for maligning my client’s character and image,” Republic TV quoted Tanushree’s lawyer as telling.
Whatever comes out of it, expect at least an Instagram response or another press conference, from the infamously loudmouth – Sawant.
