Trust Rakhi Sawant to take the most sleazy and cheap routes to gain media attention and continue to be on limelight.
The former reality TV participant and dancer, who is known more for being a loudmouth than anything she has ever done in her “career” in showbiz, has responded to Tanushree’s lawsuit against her outrageous claims in the most wicked manner.
Just to give you a backdrop of the story: Soon after Tanushree Dutta had kickstarted the MeToo movement in India, by bringing to light a 10 year old incident in which she had alleged Nana Patekar of sexual harassment on the sets of ‘Horn Ok Please’ – Rakhi Sawant, who’s an ardent supporter and friend of Patekar, held a “press conference” calling Dutta ‘a liar’ and several nasty names and alleging her of being a drug addict.
After weeks of silence, Tanushree finally responded to Sawant’s shocking allegations by filing a 10 Crores lawsuit against her – following which Sawant has now responded with a video which mocks the entire #metoo movement, that has helped a number of former sexual assault survivors come out and reveals their stories.
Holding yet another “press conference” – the moment people saw her draped in a Saree, with her head covered from it – they knew she was going to pull an act. Sawant then lashed out at Tanushree, yet again, calling her ‘a man’ and ‘a lesbian’ and accusing her of ‘raping her’.

We are not going to sideline any of those alleagations, considering that it would go against the very essence of what #MeToo is about – but if it has come down to creating a mockery of other sexual survivors, let it pass through the whole test and let the law of the land take its course.
