How many of you remember the Nupur Asthana directed Zee TV show – ‘Hip Hip Hurray’?
If you are someone who grew up and went to school in the 90’s, you would remember this show as the perfect escapade after returning from school ever afternoon, one that often led your to fight your sibling for the TV set’s remote controler.
I remember how immediately after tuning into the on and off school lives of the 12th graders of ‘DeNobili high School’ and their many adventures, evolving relationships, crushes, heartbreaks and what not – it would immediately remind me of all the dramatics, we were going through during our secondary classes at school.
The reason why I am mentioning all of this again is because 2018 marks the 20th year since the show’s first airing back in 1998.
And we’re not the only ones who are getting all nostalgic while thinking about it.
The all ‘grown-up’ cast of the much-missed show got together for a video montage, looking back at various memories from the time the show was created.
