Binsary Wildlife sanctuary has a number of attractions to offer – besides its soaring mountains that go up to the range of neary 2500 meters above sea level, the place has an infamous watch travel – a destination that gives a clear, broad view of the Himalayan ranges. 5) Binsar Mahadev Temple (18.4 KM)
A great place to be lost in “oneness” with nature amidst neverending pastures and forests. Binsar Mahadev temple is located in the midst of lush pine and deodar trees and it is mostly secluded with less to no visitors unless if you’re visiting the temple right before ‘Monsoon’, during which there is a large fest – with hundreds of devotees coming-in by the hour.

You can plan a day tour to this place to view a valley filled with the plantation of apples, apricots, peaches and almonds. Even if you don’t buy anything from the garden store on the way out, the picturesque view of the valley down below is simply breathtaking.
