As a string of A-list celebs take-up the #fitnesschallenge – showcasing a number of different ways to work-out, with their respective social media followers, inspiring everyone to stay more physically fit and active – the trend seems to be catching up with people of all walks and age-groups.
After a host of celebs – like Virat Kohli, Hrithik Roshan, Saina Nehwal, etc joined the latest fad (and a rather healthy one), to urge and inspire everyone to work on their bodies – there’s another ‘little’ addition that has been made to the list.
The latest to join the bandwagon of India’s new fitness mania is Ajay Devgan’s 7 year old son, Yug Devgan – whose work out videos would make you feel embarrassed about the last excuse you gave to skip gym.
The ‘Omakara’ actor shared a video of his son’s impressive workout routine as a ‘fitness challenge’ for young India and it instantly went viral on social media, as everyone praised his awe-inspiring zeal.

“Yug Devgan challenges Young India for #HumFitTohIndiaFit Fitness Challenge,” Ajay wrote along with the video.

If this doesn’t inspire you to put all your excuses aside and do something to stay fit, nothing will.
As for Yug – he’s already turning out be an inspiration to several lazy bums out there.
Like father, like son.
