The mega budget masterpiece by Rajamouli has collected over 800 crores in the domestic box office alone and over 200 crores in international markets. Released across a whopping number of 8000+ screen in India, the Prabhas and Rana Dagubatti starrer has emerged as the crowning winner of Indian box office. The movie broke all records with the first weekend collection itself crossing Rs 300 crore, which is greater than the lifetime gross of many Bollywood blockbusters.

Overwhelmed by the film’s massive reception, the movie’s leading star Prabhas took to Facebook to thank his fans:

With this being only the second weekend of the movie’s run at the box office, Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, is set to achieve even greater targets ahead.
