Shankar Mahadevan doesn’t restrict his job of “discovering” musical talents, to just reality shows he participates in.
The singer and musician has made a reputation of not only responding to viral videos of singing aspirants, but also taking pleasure in personally finding them in all places and showing them to the world. (Remember his viral video of being greeted by a very melodious and vocally talented hotel staff?)
Well, he’s done it again.
The ‘Breathless’ singer just shared another video of a very talented flautist who seem to have an ability to create magic with his instrument. The artist is named Dilip Heera and hails from Assam.
Mahadevan apparently came across the awe-inspiring flute-player during his visit to a restaurant for breakfast, and couldn’t help but share his talent with his fans.

Great that the likes of him keep on appreciating true talent, no matter where he sees them.
Imagine if our entire industry was filled with people who were true to real-art like this…the kind of talent we may have received as a result…
