Mumbai baker creates Cakes inspired from Celeb outfits from Cannes

This year’s Cannes Film festival saw a string of Indian actresses rock some of the most talked-about outfits at the red carpet. From Sonam Kapoor to Aishwarya Rai and Deepika Padukone – the divas headlined both national and international fashion outlets with their stunning looks from the event.

As our beauties dazzled at the red carpet of the film festival, there was another artist inspired from their glorious looks back home.

Mumbai based baker, Pooja Dhingra let her artistic horizons expand after creating some mouth-watering desserts taking inspiration from some of the best dresses worn by both Bollywood and international beauties during the recent red-carpet appearances from the event.

Her epic take on the green multi-layered Yanina Couture gown worn by Aishwarya during one of the events of the festival, is as perfect a replica as it could be. Then her Sonam Kapoor inspired Champagne and chocolate tier cake looks so beautiful, you wouldn’t even want to eat it.

“While the red carpet at Cannes had the fashion world drooling, we at Le 15 decided to interpret some of our favorite looks and give them a new avatar – in the form of dessert!,” Dhingra wrote on her Instagram
