Singer Abhijeet Bhattacharya – the shamed, potty-mouthed “former” singer – who was once known for his work as a playback vocalist in Bollywood is now only in news for his controversial remarks and derogatory insults on disagreeing folks, without showing any form of restraint.
After having his Twitter account terminated for an extreme heated verbal exchange with a journalist, the singer has been speaking at interviews – venting out his ‘opinions’ on subjects ranging from Shah Rukh Khan to the music industry.
So now when Abhijeet is embroiled into the ongoing #MeToo bandwagon with other alleged perpetrators from the past, as a former flight attendant has come out to the public, accusing him of a sexual misconduct, he has yet again chosen to respond to it in an utterly disgraceful manner.

The singer is accused of “almost kissing and nibblin [the woman] on her left ear.” – in an incident that goes back nearly 20 years.
When Indian Express approached Bhattacharya to get his side of the story, he reverted back with the most ridiculous reply, shaming the victims and cowardly judging their appearances.
Here is what he said:
“I wasn’t born at that time… Most of the people who are coming out right now are dirty, ugly people. Koi mota hai koi patla hai. No one deserves (the attention). Just to grab some attention they are coming out.”
Abhijeet stayed “firm” on his ‘viewpiont’ when he was invited by TimesNow again. Even as the reporter urged him to apologize for demeaning women in that manner, he continued passing the same remarks:

Restraint and manners – are two words Mr Bhattacharya is apparently not familiar with.
To silence more such “victim-shamers”, let us hope more survivors step-up to out the predators that have remained in hiding all these years.
