One that that almost every famous person has always had to tackle with is – fake news! And when your’e a popular B-town celebrity and people are always interested about who’re going out with (or going back in with, for that matter) – speculations and assumptions about your private life take another height.
So when Hrithik Roshan – (who’s love/marital life has been the subject of public discussion for way too long) was recently linked-up with actress Disha Patani – the actor responded with the best punch lines he had to offer, dragging the publication down in the dirt.
It was an online Hindi tabloid called – ‘Patrika’ which ran a peice about how Disha Patani has made strong allegations against the actor after Kangana Ranaut made national headlines with the same – and how it made him quit a film.
Posting a screenshot of the very title here is how Hrithik responded:
मेरे प्यारे मित्र ‘पत्रिका जी”, कसरत करते हो? थोड़ा gym जाओ। mind से सारा कचरा निकल जाएगा! ख़ासकर बीस donkey किक्स, बीस monkey रोल & 2 dog jumps आप के लिए सही रहेगा। ज़रूर कीजिएगा। गुड luck. गुड day. And लव you टू 🙂 pic.twitter.com/ikuNWmie21

Here’s the literal translation of the same:
“My dear friend ‘Patrika Ji’, do you excericise? Go to the gym! All the trash from your mind will come out. Especially with 20 donkey kicks, 20 monkey rolls and 2 dog jumps – would be right for you. Please do it. Good luck. Good day. And love you too.”
Sadly, it didn’t just end there, as another online tabloid – ‘Daily Bhaskar’ published a similar article – claiming his relationship, and pointing out his age-gap with Patani.
Much to everyone’s surprise, Hrithik responded again:
‘भास्कर bhaisaab? कहाँ हो? हाल चाल सब? सब ठीक? देखिए, आपकी दुकान ki प्रगति के लिए मेरी तरफ़ से यह ट्वीट. Next time सीधे बोल देना की help चाहिए। pic.twitter.com/f92izpXh1v

Not sure what “inside sources” made these tabloids so sure about their “news” – but are you glad Hrithik came out to clear the air before it went mainstream or do you think “there’s no smoke without fire”?
