Irrfan Khan makes first Twitter post, 2 months after his was diagnosed with tumors

Two months after he was diagnosed with NeuroEndocrine tumors and took a sabbatical from work to pursue treatment for the ailment in London, seasoned actor Irrfan Khan finally made his presence felt on Twitter.

The actor, whose recent revelation about the disease left his fans and colleagues in utter shock, shared a Tweet to wish the co-actors of his upcoming flick, ‘Karwaan’ success and good luck.

Bound for an August 10 release, ‘Karwaan’ is a light-hearted comedy/drama which marks the debut of Dulquer Salmaan in the Hindi film industry.

As Irrfan left his wish for the team, his return to Twitter was followed by a heartwarming response from both his fans and industry colleagues.

It was lovely to hear from him, especially as after his announcement of taking a break to continue with his treatment abroad, people hadn’t really heard about his progress or how his treatment was going on.
