SRK’s Meer Foundation donates money to Delhi car accident victim, Anjali Singh’s family

Shahrukh Khan’s Meer Foundation that has been known to do several philanthropic activities, has come out in support of the victim of Delhi’s horror Hit and Drag case, Anjali Singh.

As per a report in Hindustan Times, SRK’s foundation has come forward to help the family of the victim of the brutal accident. The foundation has donated an undisclosed amount of sum to the family.



As per the same report, Anjali lost her life on the new year’s eve, when her two wheeler was dragged by a car in Delhi’s Kanjhawala.

The Delhi Police has arrested seven accused in the case as the incident has caused massive uproar in the national capital.

As per various social media reports and claims, Anjali was also the sole bread earner for the family and such financial help from the Meer Foundation would come as a big aid for the family.



The Meer foundation was founded by Shahrukh Khan in 2014 and it is named after Shahrukh Khan’s father, Meer Taj Mohammed Khan. The non-profit organization is also known for supporting and empowering acid attacks victims from all over the country.
