“I am ready for the challenges” Rishabh Pant tweets for the first time after horrific car crash

Indian wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant has opened up for the first time after his car accident on Delhi-Dehradun highway. The explosive Batsman took to his twitter account to share his feelings.

While thanking everyone for their support Rishabh wrote, “I am humbled and grateful for all the support and good wishes. I am glad to let you know that my surgery was a success. The road to recovery has begun and I am ready for the challenges ahead,”



He also thanked the Board Of Control Of Cricket In India and wrote, “Thank you to the @BCCI, @JayShah & government authorities for their incredible support,”

After meeting with a scary accident Pant was rushed to a hospital in Dehradun, where he was treated for several injuries on his forehead, back and ligaments. The Cricketer was then shifted to Mumbai’s Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital on BCCI’s request where he had undergone a surgery for his ligaments injury.

Many fans reacted to Rishabh Pant’s twitter post and wished him a speedy recovery. Reacting to it one such fan wrote, “Tiger is back !”



While another user commented, “my hands are shivering rishabh bhaiya. i just want to say, i pray daily till you don’t comeback in indian cricket team like before “absolutely fit, fine n destructive” that wish you a very very speedy recovery.”

In another tweet Rishabh thanked the doctors, his fans, teammates and wrote, “From the bottom of my heart, I also would like to thank all my fans, teammates, doctors, and the physios for your kind words and encouragement. Looking forward to seeing you all on the field.”

Rishabh’s road to recovery has begun after a successful surgery but the promising player will be out for some time from the cricketing action.
