From Sunny Deol to Vicky Kaushal, Bollywood celebs pay tribute to Indian army soldiers on army day

On Sunday, 15th January India celebrated its 75th Indian Army Day. People from entire country paid their heartfelt tributes to the brave soldiers of Indian army on the occasion.

Several Bollywood celebs also took to their social media accounts to pay tribute to Army soldiers and to honor their valor. Celebrities such as Sunny Deol, Sidharth Malhotra, Rajkummar Rao, Suniel Shetty and Vicky Kaushal wrote about Army to celebrate 75th Indian Army Day.



Vicky Kaushal, who played the role of an Indian Army officer in the Blockbuster movie, Uri : The Surgical Strike took to his social media and shared a pictures from the sets of his upcoming biopic ‘Sam Bahadur’. The biopic is based on the life of one of India’s greatest and most celebrated Army officers, Sam Manekshaw.

Sharing the picture on Instagram, Vicky wrote, “Shooting on #ArmyDay with the Army. Warmest wishes on the 75th Army Day to All Ranks from Team,”



Superstar actor Suniel Shetty also honored army heroes in his own way, The Hera Pheri actor shared a still from his blockbuster movie, Border and wrote in the caption, “The privilege of being an actor is when we get to play the real superheroes of our country – The Indian Army. Saluting our soldiers on the 75th #IndianArmyDay”

Another ‘Border’ star, Sunny Deol also shared a picture from the sets of his highly anticipated movie Gadar 2 and wrote in the caption, “Love and admiration to my heroes.#ArmyDay.”. Sunny Deol shared pictures with his co-actors from the upcoming movie dressed like Indian army’s jawans.

Rajkummar Rao also took to his Insta stories and shared a picture of India army soldiers holding the national flag, the picture also had “Happy Indian army day, Saluting the brave hearts of our country! Jai Hind.” written on it.



Shershaah star Sidharth Malhotra also shared a picture on his Instagram story, wishing everyone ‘Happy Indian Army Day’.
