Shriya Saran hails SS Rajamouli after Golden Globe nomination, reveals he suffered an Asthma attack on the sets

RRR has surely become a global phenomenon in the world of movies. The SS Rajamouli magnum opus has received already received many prestigious global awards in various categories.

The movie has just achieved its greatest feat till now as far as the global awards are concerned. RRR has bagged two nominations in the prestigious Golden Globe awards. The film got nominated in the Best picture – Non English and Best original Song for Natu Natu.



Actress Shriya Saran who played the role of Ram Charan’s mother in the movie also reacted to the news of RRR getting two Golden Globe nominations and showered praises on Director SS Rajamouli for his hard work for the movie.

While speaking with India today, Shriya said, “I am very happy for (SS) Rajamouli, sir. He worked really hard on this film.”

She further revealed that the iconic director even suffered an Asthma attack on the sets of the film, “Even before shooting the part that we were shooting, he had an asthma attack, but it didn’t matter to him and he shot this part. It was beautifully shot and written, the part that I am in.” she said



She further heaped praised on the entire star cast of the movie and said, “I think everyone; (Ram) Charan, (Jr NTR) Tarak, and Alia (Bhatt), all worked really hard and they looked really good. Even Ajay (Devgn) sir was just amazing. Just the whole story, the way he (Rajamouli) has written, the way he has directed it, he always has a larger-than-life vision, which is amazing, that he executes,”

Even after getting various international awards and nominations, RRR does not seem to be in any mood of stopping. The movie is set to create history by getting nominations at the upcoming Oscar awards.
