‘Nothing lasts forever’: Amitabh Bachchan says fewer fans come outside his house to greet him than before

Amitabh Bachchan has always been very open while writing his blog. In his recent blog the ‘Superstar of the millennium’ talked about how times have changed and how the number of fan gathering outside his residence Jalsa have lessened in recent years.

He also said that how the screams of joy from the fans are now ‘transferred’ to the mobile camera’s.



“I do observe though that the numbers are in lesser magnitude and the enthusiasm has lessened and the screams of joy now transferred to the mobile camera .. and that is more evident now …” Big B wrote in his blog.

“an indication that time has moved on and nothing lasts forever” he further wrote.

Big B further talked about reviving Sunday meet with fans outside Jalsa, “The Sunday meets at the Jalsa gate on Sunday to be revived, albeit with given precautions.”



The veteran actor shared his heartfelt thoughts while writing about the significance of the auspicious Chhat Puja festival celebrated mainly in Bihar and UP.

He also shared a series of picture of him meeting and greeting his huge fan gatherings outside his residence.

Amitabh recently celebrated his 80th birthday while shooting for his show Kaun Banega Crorepati, he was joined by son Abhishek and wife Jaya Bachchan in a special and emotional episode.



The legendary actor was last seen in Goodbye a movie that also featured Rashmika Mandhana and Neena Gupta.

He will next be seen in Uunchai – a multi starrer film that also features Anupam Kher, Boman Irani, Danny Dengzongpa and Neena gupta.
