One of the finest actors of Indian Cinema, Nawazuddin Siddiqui is an actor who can master any role with his natural and unmatched acting skills. Over the years, he has given us one masterpiece performance after the another and he is now back with another spell binding performance.
Nawazuddin to play the role of a transgender for his upcoming film Haddi. The Gangs Of Wasseypur actor shared his experience of working with 80 real-life transgenders. Nawaz took to Instagram and twitter to share two stills from the sets of his movie.
He shared two photos in which he can be seen surrounded by other member of the transgender community, Nawaz looked glamorous with heavy makeup and green colored saaree, the fans just could not stop praising his fantastic transformation.
Sharing the pictures on twitter, he wrote in the caption, “Working with real-life trans women has been an incredible experience in Haddi. Their presence was empowering.”
He also wrote on his Instagram account, “From working with the transgender community on sets to playing one, the experience of shooting ‘Haddi’ has been surreal for @Nawazuddin._siddiqui”
Earlier in August Nawazuddin shared the first look poster of Haddi, in which he showed his glamorous Avatar to the audience for the first time. Nawazuddin looked unrecognizable in the shiny golden gown and many people on the internet also jokingly compared his look with actor and TV host Archana Puran Singh.
Haddi, directed by Akshat Ajay Sharma, is set to release in first half of 2023 as per reports.
