‘I Was About To Be Selected For Spiderman’ Tiger Shroff Says He Gave Audition For Hollywood Film

Tiger Shroff is undoubtedly one of the most promising action actors we have in the industry. The Baaghi actor has truly groomed himself in action, physic and also as an actor.

Tiger recently revealed that he auditioned for being the part of one of Marvel’s most prominent superhero movies, Spider-Man. The bollywood actor sent his video tapes to play the role of Spider-Man himself.



Speaking to FM Canada, the action hero said that he was close to getting the role, he said, “I had auditioned for Spider-Man, I had sent them my tapes, and they were quite impressed. My pitch to them was that I’d save you a lot of money on your VFX because I can do most of what Spider-Man can do. I was quite close to being a part of that.”

 

He further said that he wants to be global superstar like on screen action icons Jackie Chan and Bruce Lee, he said, I’ve had the privilege to meet a lot of esteemed people from there, and they seem to be very interested in what I do. Ever since Jackie Chan, there hasn’t been a crossover action hero, per se,”

So far three actors have played the role of Spider Man in the movies, the first was Toby Maguire, then Andrew Garfield became the part of ‘The Amazing Spider Man’ series and now the current Spidey Tom Holland.



Although Tiger Shroff did not end up becoming the part of the superhero movie but the actor gave voice for the Character in the hindi dubbed Spider Man Far From Home.

Tiger Shroff will next be seen in Ganpath alongside Kirti Sanon. The film is set to hit the big screen on 23rd of December.
