Anupam Kher Offers Financial Support To Man Carrying His Blind Mother To Pilgrimage

Veteran actor Anupam Kher has been an active social media user, be it Facebook or twitter. The actor has always been quick to respond to any viral news going around the country. This time he reacted to a picture getting viral on social media in which a man can been carrying his blind mother to pilgrimage.

The man can be seen in a saffron colored Dhoti and carrying his mother who is sitting in a basket attached to a bamboo lying on his shoulder. Just like the Ancient Hindu mythological story of Sharvan Kumar.



Anupam Kher shared the picture and asked the whereabouts of the man named Kailash Giri and also said that he wanted to extend financial help to him for his mother’s pilgrimage.

Sharing the picture, Anupam Kher wrote, “The description in the pic is humbling! Pray it is true! So If anybody can find the whereabouts of this man please do let us know. The @anupamcares will be honored to sponsor all his journeys with his mother to any pilgrimage in the country all his life. #MondayMotivation.”

Fans were also left amazed with the picture as some people called him the modern day Shravan Kumar and other also hailed Anupam Kher for his kind gesture to try to extend to the man.



Anupam Kher was last seen in Vivek Agnihotri’s Iconic movie The Kashmir Files, which became one of the biggest movies in the history of Indian Cinema, the movie was also hailed by many as a revolution. Anupam Kher’s phenomenal performance also left a huge mark on the audience.
