Anil Kapoor Shares His Fitness Routine At The Age Of 65, Reveals How He Starts His Day

Anil Kapoor is surely one of the fittest actors of the film industry currently.

The 65 year old actor was recently in the news when his picture in brown pants and Sky blue shirt went viral. The actor looked absolutely trimmed in that picture and fans could not stop themselves from praising his fitness.



The veteran actor now shared a video of his fitness regime in which he can be seen doing some intense workouts at the age of 65. He also talked about how vital role food plays in maintaining your fitness.

In the caption of the Video, Anil wrote:

“The grind that comes before lights, camera and action.”

In the video He can be seen doing cycling, weightlifting and a mix of some other exercises. He also shared in the video that he slept for 7 hours and 24 minutes that day and after a vigorous session of exercise he asked his trainer for breakfast.



He further talked about the importance of diet to maintain one’s high level of fitness:

“I think diet is more important sometimes than working out. Food is not for taste but its for you to build your strength and stamina. You consume as much as you need for your body as well as for your mental and physical strength.” He said

Anil Kapoor was recently seen in Karan Johar’s Jug Jug Jeeyo that did pretty well at the box office. The film also starred Neetu Kapoor, Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani.

Anil Kapoor is an actor who certainly gives fitness goals to many younger actors in Bollywood.
