For months Shah Rukh Khan fans have been speculating about his involvement in the upcoming mega-budget supernatural saga – Brahmastra.
The film which stars Ranbir Kapoor in the lead, alongside Alia Bhatt, Mouni Roy, Nagarjuna and Amitabh Bachchan is being touted as one of the most anticipated projects set for a release in 2022.
But even before the release of the film’s first trailer – which came our earlier this week, fans of SRK was nearly sure that he played a special role in the film.
And now after all those speculations and rumours, a source close to the making of the film has finally come forward with some interesting scoop.
Shah Rukh indeed plays an important role in the film – a role of a scientist, which is being termed as a guest-appearance or an ‘extended cameo’ of sorts.
The source has revealed to IndianExpress, that SRK’s role would be around 15-20 minutes and will be crucial to the overall plot of the film.
Although, Shah Rukh wasn’t featured on the trailer of the film, fans are already excited to see how he has been placed in this mega-budget visually appealing film, directed by Ayan Mukerji.
