They say it’s the little things in life that count and constitute a happy state of mind in the grander scheme of things.
Often times we take what we have in our lives for granted, while even half of that might bring utmost joy to someone else – on the other side of the world.
Case in point – a viral video doing the rounds on social media, which shows a young boy getting overwhelmingly excited as his father brings home a pre-owned bicycle.
The video was first shared on Twitter by IAS Awanish Sharan, as he wrote:

Needless to say, his heartwarming reaction not only made people emotional but also reminded everyone about how grateful we have to be about the positive things in our lives, rather than always looking at what we think we’re missing out on.
The child’s happiness is all that matters in the world and it reminds all of us to always count our blessings.
