Kavita Krishnamurti is without doubt one of the most versatile and well-trained voices of the 90’s playback scene of Hindi music.
The renowned singer, who lent her powerful instrument to some of the most well-known melodies of the era at the turn of the century, was one of those few singers – who could sing just as flawlessly live, as they could in the studio.
Even after all these years, Kavita has managed to retain her vocal quality and control as was shown during one of her concerts from the year 2019.
The singer was in Dallas, Texas – and her video of performing her hit song ‘Nimbooda’ from the film ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’, showcases how flawlessly she can pull off a song even in a live setting.
The richness of her tone does not diminish even with a live orchestra, as she pulls through the song just like she did in the studio back in 1999.
